MASS MIXER
These are suitable for homogeneous mixing of powders of different bulk densities, which are used in the Pharmaceutical, Food, Mineral, Paint & Chemical Industries. This is a versatile mixer and it can also mix semi wet material. The mixer has cylindrical shell inside that rotates a double helix shaft fitted with spiral inner & outer ribbons. During rotation of the shaft, the ribbons lift, convey and intermix the materials into a homogeneous mass in short intervals. The mixture is discharged from the bottom by a quick opening valve.
EDGE RUNNER
For mixing of foundry chemicals, pastes, moulding sand, foundry fluxes, food colours etc. Excellent where an amount of binder or agglomerate is to be blended into the material. These are also used to increase the rise the density the mix. The pan is stationery inside which rotate heavy duty mullers / rollers. The wide rollers ride over the material for intensive crushing, shearing and mixing. Scrappers and ploughs direct the mass into the path of the rollers. The machine is also available with granite rolls and pan.
