SIGMA KNEADER
APPLICATION:
Excellent for highly viscous & tough material used in dyes /pigments/ soap/ rubber/ chemicals/ food and allied industry.

CONSTRUCTION :
Sigma Kneaders comprises of a double ~U~ shaped container welded and machined together inside which rotate two ~Z~ shaped Sigma Blades in opposite directions at 2 different RPM i.e. 30 / 60 RPM. The clearance between the blades and the walls of the container are kept to the minimum to Ensure maximum efficiency in the Kneading and Mixing action.

TILTING :
The Kneader can be tilted by means of a mechanical operated hand lever or a Hydraulic tilting mechanism provided to tilt the container from 0 -110 Degree even during running condition.

Putty Mixer
Putty Mixer is excellent for mixing of putties and high viscosity material. The discharge is from the bottom Valve. Two shafts run in opposite directions. The shafts are mounted on bearing blocks. The blades are fabricated from plates and are clamped onto the shaft for easy maintenance. The final drive run through rear gears in an oil bath. The entire machine is fitted on a sturdy frame fabricated to minimize vibrations.

Twin Shaft Mixer-Disperser
Twin Shaft Mixer-Disperser used for manufacturing of materials of high viscosity such as sealants, polyester putties, coatings etc. The machine consists of a centrally located shaft fitted with a butterfly blade that moves and mixes the mass around the vessels. A second variable speed disperser shaft with a cowless impeller blade operates in short intervals. The mixers are also designed to operate under vacuum, heating arrangement for vessels is also provided.

Reactors
Reactors manufactured as per ASME codes in stainless steel ranging from 500 Ltrs. Upto 20000 Ltrs. Specially designed agitators with heating coils/jackets upto 350°C.
Reactors in different materials like Cast Steel, Stainless Steel, Caste Alloy, Monel etc. type vertical cylindrical with lug supports. Complete drive with anchor / Gate / Propeller type agitator running at 0 - 60 RPM. Speed can be varied with variable speed drives.
