Suitable for 210 ltrs barrels. Fitted with an electric motor complete with pulley drive system for rotating and spinning of drums. After testing for leakages and prior to painting the drums are degreased and cleaned. The drums are placed on the rollers and rotate at high speed where the outer surface is manually cleaned and swiped from foreign particles. On completion the drums are forwarded to the paint booth.
Rolls of Coils are received from trucks and are placed on a coil holder stand. A De-coiler unwinds the steel coil, which is then fed into the straightener.
The rocker arm spot welding machine is used prior to seaming operations. Used to spot weld the body sides before side seam welding operation. The machine can also be used for spot welding of handles. Designed with a longer arm, high rated transformer & electronic timer with current adjustment and selection.
The unit is used for side seaming the full-length of the hollow drum and barrel body. Machine body is manufactured from heavy duty carbon steel structure for continuous welding operations. The machine is equipped with upper and lower weld wheel assembly, water cooling system and built in welding transformer.
