Product to be processed is passed through the Mill and pumped or drawn into the deareation chamber, which operates under high vacuum. On entering the chamber the product passes through the rotating disc where it is evenly spread as a thin film on the disc. Due the rotation of the disc the product is centrifuged across the surface where the entrapped air or gas pockets in the product are broken allowing gases to be released which are drawn out by the vacuum inside the chamber. The deareated material is then scraped by a special tool and directed towards the discharge outlet of the chamber. Product being discharged from the chamber is directly collected in storage vessels or sent to the hopper of the packing line
